Jumbo Shrimp cooked in our clay oven, and then simmered in creamy tomato sauce with sautéed onions, gentle touch of spices & fenugreek.
Shrimp Vindaloo
Jumbo Shrimp cooked in the clay oven & simmered in a piquant sauce with potatoes and pickled pearl onions (Hot & Spicy).
Salmon Masala
Fresh Salmon, sautéed with a mixture of chopped onions, tomatoes, Indian herbs and spices.
Salmon Palak
Salmon cooked in an onion & tomato sauce and then simmered in creamy ground spinach with a touch of garam masala and fresh green herbs.
